Kim Finch Cook is a long-time entrepreneur with a life-long focus on business. Formerly a business broker, she spent the last 25 years in the recruiting field, first working with Management Recruiters and then running the accounting department of four branch offices for a national accounting service. Kim started her own company 20 years ago, capitalizing on her extensive business background, networking capabilities, and substantial reputation in the field.

Michael Cook has a BA in English and ten years working experience as an entrepreneur in the technical and professional service industry. He became an active part of the open source community during a contract position held in Chile, SA. In 2006 he started recruiting IT and Accounting proffesionals for Kim Finch Cook Executive Recruiter, Inc. He has also worked internationally (Canada, The US and South America) and is fluent in English and Spanish.
