Executive Recruiters for West Coast & Seattle Corporate Search

The cost of hiring the wrong person is incalculably high with business disruption, organizational havoc, and lost opportunity cost.  Why quantify that high cost when you can just choose the “right fit recruiters” at Kim Finch Cook & Company Executive Recruiters & Consultants?  In 23 years of recruiting, our clients have retained 99.5% of the people we placed into their organizations.  Who else boasts that kind of record? Recruiting for great team building is as much art as it is science.  In order to hunt for and place the perfect candidate in your organization we need to understand you, what you need, and the company culture.  We take the time to study your team to find out the profile of the perfect fit.  What capabilities and which personalities will drive your team to new heights?  We’ll find out.

The Right Fit Recruiters

Cultural fit is critical to retention.  What capabilities and which personalities will drive your team to new heights? Who will fit into your corporate culture? We take the time to study your team to find out.

They Call Us Headhunters...

…for a reason.  It isn’t easy to find the perfect fit, but we do. We hunt, and 99% of our placements stick. Plus, 95% of our candidates aren’t currently searching for a job. That’s impressive by any standard.

A Different Perspective

Each candidate we propose to you will strictly fit your requirements, but we don’t stop there. We often uncover hidden strengths in candidates that can strengthen your organization in unforeseen ways.  That’s another reason our retention rate is so high.
